We are selling a Silver Face Jensen wired marine remote, mfg. model #MWR32S.Features waterfall display, clock display, 16 mini DIN connector, wired marine remote, water resistant/splash proof and completely sealed and self-standing. Operates with jensen MCDA1. Use with MWRYCBLY Y-cable control MCDA1 with multiple remotes.The Y-Cable has a male 8-pin connector on one end and (2) female 8-pin connectors on the other end. The main cable also has 8-pin connectors - one male, one female on each end. The connector coming off the main unit is an 8-pin male.Removable face plate measures approx. 6 7/8 wide x 2 1/8 high x 3/4 deep. Mounts anywhere. Includes mounting hardware and installation manual.Note: This unit is considered a factory second. It is in 100% working condition but may have either a cosmetic flaw, or a crack on the housing. We took a photo of the typical flaws. Perhaps just a paint chip, or a loose casing. None of the flaws affect the performance - they just cannot be sold as "new". We have a quantity of them, so you would be receiving whichever one happens to be picked for your order. In any case, the flaws would not exceed what we show in the photos.

How It Works

NextGen includes two rechargeable 2/3-AAA batteries, which slide into their RF transmitter to fit the standard AAA battery compartment on your exisitng remote. An adapter is also included for AA compartments.

Replace one of your remote's batteries with this device, and it picks up the hint of radio-frequency signals emitted by IR remotes, amplifies it, and sends it to the base station. The base station then emits the IR signal, effectively turning your IR remote into an RF model.

The base station has a built-in charger for powering up the custom batteries.

The Results

This device lets you go from room-to-room and control your components from up to 100 + feet away, with no direct line-of-sight needed. It even works through closet doors and closed entertainment system cabinets.

Unlike other remote control extenders, there's no need to attach anything to the front of your remote, or to be limited to using it in one room. And by simply installing extra battery transmitters you can convert as many remotes as you like--works with virtually every remote control.
